If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused/new items for a prompt refund or exchange and Flutter City Boutique outbound postage actual costs* (*if your order was shipped free based on total order amount, outbound postage cost will be deducted from the return). All returns must be in original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type less restocking fee. No refunds for items returned over thirty days after the purchase date. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

For international & Canadian orders, we will adjust to actual cost.
